Parameters

[in] Value of MeasureUnit.

ppName

[out] Pointer to BSTR.

ppShortName

[out] Pointer to BSTR.

pPt2UnitCoef

[out] Pointer to double.

pDispPrec

[out] Pointer to LONG.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
