The method of interface of PDF-XChange Editor SDK.

[out, retval] BSTR* sTip);
Parameters

- [in] Value of LONG.
- sTip
- [out, retval] Pointer to BSTR.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
