                    [in, defaultvalue(0)]     VARIANT_BOOL  bAllowSmooth);

Parameters

nZoomLevel

[in] Value of double.

stInPoint

[in] Pointer to POINT.

stDestPoint

[in, defaultvalue(NULL)] Pointer to POINT.

bAllowSmooth

[in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
