Parameters

[in] Value of ULONG.

bSelect

[in] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.

bExclusive

[in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
