Parameters

[in] Pointer to UCHAR.

SrcLen

[in] Value of ULONG.

Dest

[in, out] Pointer to UCHAR.

DestLen

[in, out] Pointer to ULONG.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
