Parameters

nIndex

[in] Value of ULONG.

ppID

[out] Pointer to BSTR.

ppTagName

[out] Pointer to BSTR.

ppTagValue

[out] Pointer to BSTR.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
