Parameters
- nStartIndex
- [in] Value of ULONG.
- nCount
- [in, optional, defaultvalue(1)] Value of ULONG.
- bOn
- [in, optional, defaultvalue(-1)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
