Parameters

nIndex

[in] Value of LONG.

pRects

[in] Pointer to RECT.

nRects

[in] Value of LONG.

pCount

[out, retval] Pointer to LONG.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
