Parameters
- nInsertBefore
- [in] Value of LONG.
- nGroupParam
- [in, optional] Value of PARAM_T.
- bExpanded
- [in, optional] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
