Parameters
- nIndex
- [in] The index of item in list.
- sCode
- [out] Returns string with language code.
- sEName
- [out] Returns string with name in english.
- sLName
- [out] Returns string with local name.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
