Specifies the rules of behavior of Popup window, created by IUIX_Inst::ShowPopup Method. All aligns based on another parameter - RECT. Value without any Align flag bring to behavior similar as with UIX_ShowPopup_Align_TB | UIX_ShowPopup_Align_LL but without adjustment by width of border of Popup container.
With alignment flags position will be auto-adjustment for avoid positioning out of screen.
Also auto-adjustment will try to avoid overlapping of specified rectangle. UIX_ShowPopup_Inside flag change this to place popup inside specified rectangle.

- Remove thick border of popup container. Just a thin one-pixel black border will be used.

- Call destroy of content window on close of popup container.
- UIX_ShowPopup_Modal
- Show popup as a modal dialog.

- All alignment will be used. But popup will stick to sides from inside of specified rectangle.
