[in, defaultvalue(1)] ULONG nFlags);
Parameters

- [in] Pointer to IPXC_Annotation.
- nFlags
- [in, defaultvalue(1)] Value of ULONG.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
