Parameters

- [in] Value of LONG.
- nColumn
- [in] Value of LONG.
- nGroup
- [in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of LONG.

- [out, retval] Pointer to RECT.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
